The Village of McConnelsville Police Department

The Village of McConnelsville operates a four-man police department that provides 24/7 law enforcement protection. The average service experience of the department’s officers exceeds 15 years.

Through a mutual aid agreement, the department receives the support of the Morgan County Sheriff’s department whose office is in downtown McConnelsville. In addition, the Ohio State Highway Patrol regularly polices the four state highways (37, 60, 78, and 376) that enter the village’s corporation limits.
